We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your whole-home and whole-room designs, and delivering a personal interpretation of your vision that is distinctive and uniquely yours. We fully administer every aspect of your project including overseeing work done by the trades people you hire. We are connected to a vast network of trades for painting, faux finishing, wallpaper hanging, remodeling, custom trim & millwork, electrical, plumbing, flooring installation, re-upholstery, and audio/visual/security components and will happily provide you with a list of who you can contact.

Whether you already own a few treasured pieces that you would like to incorporate into your final project design, or we are starting with a blank slate, our full service design service includes every single detail to deliver a fully executed and beautiful result.

We provide a turn-key approach to our projects, including project oversight of trades people involved, light remodeling and architectural detailing, product procurement and management, coordinating logistics and final installation, to ensure that everything flows together seamlessly, resulting in a beautiful and cohesive design

Full Service Design With Construction

We provide full, turn key service for new construction and renovations including the furnishing, installation and styling of your home.

We start by visiting your home for a consultation where we assess your needs and desires for your space, and discuss the perfect layouts, materials, finishes and overall solutions. We then present you with accurate 2D drawings, full schematics, interior detailing, materials selections, furniture, accessories and window treatment design to help you visualize your new living space.

We take care of all the details, including site visits, to ensure that our plans are being carried out according to the exact specifications. The result will be a space that is beautiful, functional and comfortable for you and your family to enjoy for years to come.

We pride ourselves on producing quality and a seamless design process for all our projects. This takes careful planning and skills, and extensive design knowledge and education to consistently deliver a beautiful and functional space for our satisfied clients . We bring value - from our design concepts, to the approved plans to managing the budget, acting as your onsite project overseer, to the final installation and styling of your dream space

Here is a brief overview of the process

Phase 1 - Consultation + Assessment + Agreement

The first step is to visit your home for a consultation and site assessment to help determine your needs for the project. No two spaces are alike and the assessment is a very important step to uncover what is important to you, any hot button issues, and your style and functional needs. This is a working appointment that lasts up to two hours, where we provide you with ideas, recommendations and guidance for the project. We will talk about layouts, materials, budgets, timeline, trade resources, priorities, our design service agreement, and how we work and communicate with you during the design process. Our Fee Proposal is sent for approval to begin the process.

Phase 2 - Conceptual + Schematics

Our design team develops detailed conceptual 2D layouts to strategize and resolve any known issues, as well as to address your style and functional needs based on your budget and time-frame for completion. We present these ideas to you in person onsite, or at our design studio; walking through all the features and options. One revision is included. We deliver a full set of schematics that you can present to your qualified contractors for bids.

We are happy to work directly with your general contractors or refer contractors for you to consider.

Phase 3 - Materials Selection + Interior Detailing

The next step is to select the materials and finishes for your project based on your style and functional needs. We have relationships with some of Houston's, as well as the nation's finest suppliers of cabinetry, hardware, countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing, appliances and wall-coverings. We will schedule meetings at our trade partners' showrooms or bring samples to your home. To make the best use of your time, and streamline the process, we pre-select all finish materials for your approval. We will schedule a special slab yard visit to choose countertops. We complete a "Selection Sheet" with all your approved selections carefully documented, down to the grout color. You can share this information with your General Contractor for materials ordering.

Phase 4 - Project Oversight + Site Visits

During this phase, we oversee the execution of the design work and materials we have developed and selected for you. We liaise with your General Contractor and Trades to maintain the integrity of the project, and ensure that the right materials are being installed as designed and approved. New construction and remodeling projects are very involved, and it helps to have a checks and balance system to keep the project on track. The idea is for everyone involved to work together for the common goal of producing a beautiful, and high quality product that you will love and enjoy for years to come.

We will make regular site visits and walk throughs - either weekly or twice per week and provide you with a written report of site conditions, and any communications with the General Contractor. We can also meet with you on site if there are change orders or other decisions that need to be made.

While we don't provide general contracting services, we want to be a resource to you and for the process to go smoothly and result in a space that fulfills your vision. We will happily refer General Contractors that we have worked with in the past, or assist you in the interview and selection process for onboarding a General Contractor. We have the expertise to advise you what questions to ask and what to look for in a good Contractor who will have your best interest at heart. We will be your advocate and advisor during the process. The decision to hire any Contractor will be entirely yours, even the ones we refer.

Phase 5 - Furniture Specifications + Interior Decorating

The final finishing phase of the design process. This is where your home shows your style and personality and brings the beauty, function and comfort that makes remodeling a worthwhile investment.

We work with you to get your home to look like the magazine-worthy space you dreamed of. All furnishings, window coverings, accents, accessories and art are selected and presented for your approval.

We bring our design expertise and project management skills as needed on your project. We work with your chosen General Contractor, or we are happy to refer our trusted building professionals, skilled artisans and trades to ensure a successful completion of your project.

The first step is to schedule a 2 hour in home consultation. Our design consultation fee is $600 for up to 2 hours and is payable in advance of your appointment.
