Returns Policy

Casa Vilora Interiors has partnered with Surya in providing quality products such as rugs, pillows, poufs and artwork.

Surya stands behind every product it sells with a goal of 100% satisfaction for “you” the customer. From time to time, there may be an issue with a product. We have designated our return policy to ensure that any problem is efficiently resolved.

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damaged items should be refused at time of delivery and noted by carrier. RMA numbers are required for all returns to Surya. Please note the steps in our return policy below.

Samples:

  1. A customer may want to examine a sample for color, quality, construction, etc. If available, Surya will provide an 18” corner sample for review or a 2'x3' can be purchased by the customer and then returned with an RMA number for full credit.
  2. Samples may be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise with an RMA number issued from customer service.
  3. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any sample.
  4. Samples must be returned in original or equivalent packaging. Any sample returned damaged or without proper packaging will be refused.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back with a traceable tracking number.
  6. Any sample order must have an RMA number on the outside packing to receive credit. Any sample returned without an RMA number will be refused at the customer's expense.
  7. Credit (not including freight charges) will be issued when the sample is received and processed by Surya

Non-Defective

  1. Please notify customer service within seven (7) business days from receipt of merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
  2. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.
  3. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective product.
  4. Non-defective products must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. Any non-defective product returned damaged or without proper packaging will be refused.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back with a traceable tracking number.
  6. Any non-defective product must have an RMA number on the outside packing to receive credit. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused at the customer's expense.
  7. Credit, minus the 15% restocking fee, will be issued when the returned product is received and deemed non-defective by Surya.

Defective:

  1. Inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
  2. Please contact customer service to request an RMA number if you discover, at the time of delivery, a defect in your product.
  3. A call tag containing a printable return label with an RMA number will be emailed to you. Please affix the printed label to the outside of the package of the product to be returned
  4. Defective products must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. Any defective product returned without proper packaging will be refused
  5. Please contact the carrier, designated in the email, when the package is ready to be picked up
  6. Credit will be issued when the returned product is received and processed by Surya
  7. If upon inspection, we determine the product to be non-defective, a 15% restocking fee and all freight charges will be deducted from the credit

Damaged or Lost in Transit:

  1. While driver is present, inspect your order carefully.
  2. Products damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery. The shipping company cannot be held liable if BOL/shipping document is signed and damage is not noted by the receiver.
  3. Verify your BOL/shipping document for number of packages and note any items which have not been received.
  4. Contact customer service after you have refused or signed a short shipment. Keep all receipts with driver signature for damaged or short shipments. Please fax the documents to customer service
  5. Customer service will issue an RMA number at this time and contact the carrier.
  6. We can then create a replacement order from a fax submitted
